How does the free trial work?
Signup starts a 7-day free trial. Card required upfront. Trial auto-converts to $29 CAD/month on day 8 unless you cancel. You get a reminder email on day 5 so nothing catches you off guard.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in two clicks. You keep member access until the end of your current paid period. No retention scripts, no phone tree.
Do you offer refunds?
LBC is a no-refundmembership. That's what the 7-day trial is for. Once billed, the month is yours to use. Exceptions: double-charges or Stripe processing errors we caused.
What’s the difference between LBC and Biz Bestie?
LBC Regular ($29/mo) — weekly Game Plan + new members-only resources every week.
Biz Bestie ($497/mo) — everything in Regular plus every course included, unlimited WhatsApp support with Megan, and one 1:1 video call per month.

Every Tuesday you get a PDF + lesson page with the week's content prompts (hooks, setups, closes, captions), what's trending, and a Challenge to try. Built for owner-operators running product or service businesses — not creators.
Can American / international businesses use it?
Yes. Most prompts, templates, and resources are universal. Canadian-only content (CRA tax + grants) is clearly labelled so you can skip it.
How does the WhatsApp community work?
You get an invite link in onboarding + on the Support page. WhatsApp is where the chats happen; the Support page is where answers stick — via “pin to archive” so nothing important gets lost in scroll.
How do member perks + affiliate links work?
Vetted pros + software cards can offer LBC-exclusive discount codes. LBC sometimes earns a commission when you sign up — some links are pure perks with no commission attached. It never costs you more, and it never changes what makes the cut.
Where does my data live?
Supabase (Postgres). Full details in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it to train AI models.
